Expert Opinion
"Tugging is not just a way for a dog to burn off excess energy - when done properly it can be a valuable part of building a strong bond with their owner and supporting training. The FIB tug toy can be used as a reward as well as for teaching a dog to let go, trade or start and stop play on cue. The key is to adjust the intensity of the game to the individual dog and let them win sometimes too."
